I had an introductory interview with a recruiter who setup a video call with the hiring manager. The hiring manager spoke with me for a half hour and asked about my background and told me about the position. The call went well, but 30 minutes was too short and he asked me if I would be interested in continuing the conversation in another meeting. I told him that I would. I let the recruiter know about the results and the request to continue the process from the hiring manager. After that I was ghosted with no communication from the recruiter or the hiring manager even after repeated attempts to follow up.
