I got a mail from the recruiter to discuss about the job role . The conversation went well , the recruiter said she is forwarding my resume to Hiring Manager and that I will probably an interview scheduled the next week. But never heard back from the recruiter even after multiple followups.

I had an 4 interviews during the process 1. Initial Meeting with HR Data Analyst Manager: This meeting focused on understanding my background, discussing the role, and evaluating my fit for the position. 2. Peer Interview: A session with a current team member who would be training me on the same location. This was to assess my technical skills and how I would integrate into the team. 3. Cross-Functional Interview: An interview with a manager from a different team to gauge my ability to work collaboratively across departments. 4. Final Interview with HR Director: A comprehensive discussion with the HR Director to review my overall fit for the company, my technical skills, and my alignment with the company’s culture and values.
