I was first contacted on a Sunday by HR rep. She conducted an initial screening. I was then contacted by hiring manager where the discussion was focus on the details of the position. Both were positive interviews based on centered around my experience in a casual conversation.

They asked about explain my related project experience.
Pretty standard process. Phone screen and 2 virtual interviews with hiring manager and teams. However, after the final in person meeting, radio silent. I got ghosted and my application still says I'm under consideration after almost 2 months. Very disappointed with how they conducts the overall process.

What types of system did you use previously for your analysis?
The interview was scheduled and conducted quickly but took a long time to hear back. The issue was getting all of the interviewers together to coordinate feedback and make the offer. Taking this long might result in losing applicants if other companies are quicker.
Multiple rounds, one skills test, pretty good experience. Thorough background check process and past employment verification. Very normal for this industry. No weird creativity questions. Was able to talk with employees through LinkedIn before interview and I think that helped a little. They seem to allow for internal moves and do a lot of promoting from within
