Interview was in 3 stages. First round was of teaching demo and basic knowledge. Second round was for research credentials and future directions. The third round is the HR round. They did not discuss the salary though. It was pre-decided.

Several rounds, including a mock lecture, one on one and panel discussions. Lots of decision makers involved, even faculty from different areas. As long as you are passionate about your job the questions are not difficult
