It was simple because I met the recruiter at my college's job fair, after which I was called that night to schedule an interview for the next day. The interview itself was short and although I was told it would be partially technical, the most technical question I was asked related to my ability to communicate my own research. This may have been because the recruiter and I did not have the same discipline. Overall I found it a pleasant experience, but their recruitment timescale is way too long. You could be waiting weeks to months to even hear about a second interview.
