Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 3 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en MIT (Boston, MA) en feb 2015
Entrevista
Around 3-4 weeks after submitting the online application, they email you either saying you got the interview or not. If you did, there'll also be a link to the open time slots which you can choose from for the specified date.
In the interview, the interviewer first asks you to walk through your CV then asks followup questions and after these goes to the behavioural questions part. These should be in past tense since they're looking for experiences not made up ideas. After 2-3 of these the interview is finished by your questions. I think you should definitely ask 1 or 2 to look interested. Mine was 40 minutes.

20min Zoom interview. The interview was non-technical and it focused on aspects of my resume. Clarified questions about past projects, grades for certain classes and left 5minutes at the end of me to ask me questions.

Tell me about your research, make sure you really do a great job talking about it.
It was pretty chill. The most challenging aspect is that you can’t know for sure exactly what a hiring manager is going to ask you. Instead of trying to memorize hundreds of possibilities, focus on your skills and experiences and compare them to the job posting. Analyze ways you can reframe your stories as experiences that set you up to be the ideal candidate for the role. Then, use the following sample interview questions to help streamline your preparation.
