Expected a presentation with vague instructions. Having to do work before getting a job is ridiculous. Unsure what they were really looking for. The questions were standard but they knew what they wanted to hear.

Overall, the interview process was pretty long- It took about 6 weeks total with 3 interview rounds- so there was a lot of wait time between them. The hiring manager was very helpful and transparent about the interview process. Every person I spoke to and interviewed with was very warm, and it seemed like a great company culture. The only frustration I had with this interview process was the final interview, where I had to prepare 3 different presentations on different topics. I spent a lot of time on them, and got very positive feedback throughout the interview, only to receive an email the next day that said "despite your qualifications, we're going with another applicant". I just wish the amount of work for the final interview was less, especially if they knew they had someone else in mind for the role. It just felt like my time was completely wasted.
