The interview process was very thorough and was a great learning experience. I was kept informed throughout the whole process:
-First interview onsite with a Business Manager: I was asked to make a ppt presentation describing a project I worked on followed by a Q&A.
-Case interview: Upon arrival, I was given a business case, had to make a ppt presentation to tackle the case and present it to a panel of consultants. The case was challenging and had a lot of information. The presentation was followed by a discussion about the case and my PM experience.
-A conversation with another Business Manager to assess culture fit, provide feedback on the overall process.
-Interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager: We discussed the company, growth prospects, mobility.

Extremely slow process - 2+ months to just conduct 2 rounds of interview. After getting selected in the last round, I was informed that they do not have any clients and will only start the onboarding when they find someone.
