The thorough interview process included meeting with the cross-functional team as well as senior leadership to ensure the right fit. There was timely and transparent communication throughout the interview process.

Interview was fairly standard with no questions aimed to trick you. However, the interview was obviously eating lunch and not paying attention. I would give an answer saying why my one of my strengths is cross-functional collaboration and then gave a specific example. The recruiter then immediately would ask if I have experience in cross-functional collaboration, which I had literally just answered. At the very end she provided the salary range, which was way lower than I anticipated, which she got very defensive about. I will say the salary was much lower than the range Glassdoor has, which they give with high confidence.
