Human Resource contacted via jobstreet to attend initial interview.Attended interview with HR Manager and then with the Managers of several departments which include QA, Manufacturing and Process for introduction and chit chat interview, Managers seem to focus on candidate ability to converse in English clearly by asking common interview question such 'Tell me about yourself' and 'Skills that can be used in MEMC'.

Process Manager asked about my Final Year Project about materials research and asked the process of making a conclusion. The manager wants us ascertain if we can articulate our ideas and have a methodology when approaching problems.

1st stage with lead, The questions were more on experiences. 2nd stage with GM more relaxing. The interview were done virtually and there is no difficult questions asked. The GM is only interested why are you looking for a new job
