The first interview was a video call with the interviewer’s camera off, stating that it was broken. The second interview was in person with the team’s manager. There didn’t seem to be much communication between the recruiter and the manager, because I was told the manager should be CC'd on communications and that I could email her with questions, but it must have been a blind CC. I received no response to my post-interview email or my follow-up, and I never received a rejection letter. It sounded like this job depended on a new contract that they must not have received to expand their business. What a waste of time.
