Very difficult and drawn out process, including a number of interviews and behavioral tests. Interviews are with groups of managers and consist mostly of behavioral and psychological questions, concerning your ability to work in a team and prior team experiences.

Several steps and a lot of people involved in the entire process. Just never ends and all the interviews are the same format. The team just takes turn asking questions and typing up your answers. Not engaging at all.

Entrevista
It was really long. I went through three interviews all with the same type of behavior questions. I also took an assessment test and excel test. They only got back to me about the job after I had emailed them a week later. They did not respond till a few days later at 10pm.
