The whole process took about 1 week for the actual interview. A staffing company originally found my resume and asked me if I was interested in working with MDVip which I answered yes but first I had to go into the staffing agencies office to sign some papers and complete some assessments before i could interview with MDVip. When all that was taken care, the staffing agency recruiter finally sent my resume to MDVip and they scheduled the interview for the following week. The actual interview process was pretty straight-forward and the interview took about 20 minutes altogether. After the interview I called the staffing agency to advise her about the interview process as the staffing agency recruiter asked me to do. After a week of waiting and not hearing back from the staffing agency recruiter I decided to call the recruiter to ask if she had heard back from hiring manager at MDVip and then she told me that offers had been sent to the people they wanted to hire 2 days after i originally interviewed so she wasn't sure but that she would double check. The next day she called me to advise me that unfortunately they had passed me up. I still don't understand why companies use staffing agencies. It just makes everything so complicated that much more.

Applied through an agency, had to do a couple of assessments before I got an interview. the whole process took about two weeks. It was pretty fast and the recruiters were amazing. If you never been there before I would advise you to go in a little earlier than your scheduled interview time because it was hard to find that place.
