The first round was an interview with the HR, it was a relaxed 30min conversation about the company, the role, they asked basic questions about my education, previous working experience, experience with foreign cultures, etc.
The second round was a test (60min) with a short presentation (about 30min) before the test, where they take you through what you need to know for the test.
The last round is an interview with the team lead
I'm still waiting for them to make the final decision

How do you handle stressful situations?
Tell me about an example of when you had to multitask at your previous job.
There were two interviews. The first was a talk about previous experiencies and getting to know you. The second one, is more of an assignment where you need to check for errors in a document. The interview process was nice and respectful.
There were three steps. The first one was interview with an HR representative, the second one was a written test and the final one was an interview with a potential boss.
