The person I was supposed to interview with never showed up at the interview. I had to call the HR specialist who set it up and she ended up messaging the lady and she never responded. She then conducted the culture call that was just asking questions about who I was in high school, my biggest accomplishment, etc. This call had nothing to do with my experience, it was just about who I was as a person. I got an email a couple of hours after that interview saying they were going with another candidate. I asked about another position in the company that I had also applied for and never heard back.
Things just seemed very unprofessional. I was told I was a great fit for both positions, but then was ghosted.

Very smooth and structured. More about your skills than knowledge. Very flexible and understanding if certain concept were not known. Information provided to understand the company as a whole including culture, values and structure.

A recruiter has contacted me to reach out if I was looking for a job, and forwarded my CV to the company once I said yes, I was actually looking. Then I got invited for a phone call with someone from HR. A couple of days later I was invited for a video call with the team I would be working with.

Many different questions have been asked: About the company, in which kind of work environment I`d prefer to work in, what I like about the position. Also questions about how I would handle a stressful situation or how I´d handle a situation in which I didn't get along with a colleague. Questions about Microsoft skills and how, and where (which position) I want to work in the next years. Overall both were nice interviews with many questions.
