I had six interviews because I initially was interviewing for two different positions. I met with the associate director of the department, then three different managers, then 3 other APPs who currently worked there, and lastly two different physicians that I would be working with. Part of the first couple interviews was us deciding which position I would be best suited for. No clinical questions were asked. I was asked to answer situational questions.

To summarize, worst pay for APPs and no work life balance. Be prepared for a hazing work culture with a lot of micro aggressions unfortunately. I had high hopes due to my previous experience as an RN, however very different as an advanced practice provider.
