I interviewed for two positions over 6 years and landed both. Each required two interviews that were pretty easy going. The work environment is pleasant and very professional. Once hired, an entire day of orientation will be provided with a huge amount of information on every aspect of a huge institution.

The interview was through Skype. It went good. Only my mentor asked relevant questions. It went for about half an hour and I was also asked whether I had queries.Really warm and comfortable interview session.

Interview process for the postdoctoral fellow position at MD Anderson Cancer Center was straightforward. I had a phone interview, skype interview and then was asked to submit my paperwork. It took around 2-3 months to finish the paper work. Overall it was an easy process.
