The Interview process was very professionally done, and went very smoothly. From the initial contact and interview by the Recruiting Manager, through the 2 additional interviews by the person who was to become my supervisor, I found it easy to "be myself" and both ask and have questions answered, and proceed through the hiring process.

Largely the interview questions addressed my extensive background in commercial offset and digital printing as a pre-press technician and operator and how they would apply to Flexo technology and adhesive based applications
The interview process was very easy. Everyone was very nice through the whole process. The process was also very fast. They covered all my questions and made me feel like I had what I needed to make a decision.
