The interviews themselves were not difficult, and the teams I spoke to seemed friendly and approachable. The interview process was very spread out (about a month). Communication left a lot to be desired during that process, a lot of reaching out on my end. Got to final round of interviews and was told I would get communication either way. Waited a week and sent a follow up email. Ended up ghosted. A large company like this should have better communication, job offer or not. Even if its an automated email!
