Phone interview, then a few days later was called back to come in person. They flew me in and put me up at a hotel. I then took a basic skills math test and IQ test. Then I interviewed with 4 different people, one in HR and one in management across each of the three divisions. It was mostly behavioral questions, not too intimidating. Everyone was really nice, but the culture wasn't really for me. It's a smaller company with a "suburban" kind of feel.
