The interviewers were very friendly. You were paired up with some graduates to informally chat to and ask questions, then you completed a task in a pair and a group task, then finally had a one-on-one interview.

Each person in the group was given a sheet with information which no one else in the group knew. Then, we had to conduct a meeting where we made an action plan to solve a problem, where everyone needed to contribute their own information and work together to solve it. They look for you to be team-friendly, confident, and outspoken.

Starts with basic personality based questioare and then simple question. Pre recorded interview where you awnser question within a time limit. Was not successful after this stage. Whole process took around 2-3 weeks

Written application, aptitude tests, assessment centre.
Assessment centre consisted of 3 teamworking tasks and 3 individual excersizes at the MBDA office. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I felt comfortable being myself. There were 6 applicants in total, split into 2 groups.
