Great process, it felt natural and was fair from the beginning. Involved multiple meetings, calls and assessments but was a fair way of properly conducting the interview process. No complaints at all, also really helped me understand the culture and dynamic at MBDA which seem fantastic

1. Demonstrate company knowledge and link the below with the company values. 2. Competency questions 3. Technical questions 4. Whole team fit requirements and personality tolerances. 5. A good in depth description of the requirements of the job that I was interviewing for.
