I applied online and one weeks later I was invited for an interview at their Shard head office. I received a unsuccessful letter about a week later which I was fine about because after the interview I did not want to work in that environment.

I was called in for a intial interview with just a Merchandiser. I made sure I prepared extensively as I wasn't sure what to expect although I was told there would be no maths test in the first stage. That went reasonably well. I then got called in for a second stage with the head of merch and the merchandiser. This consisted of a test beforehand that was scenario-based. Afterwards I got asked similar questions as before. I was told they would still be interviewing so should be in contact soon. I called HR twice to get an update - I waited as far as a month later and no updates just the same excuse - HR wasn't sure what decision was made and they would get back to me. They never did! It is very rude to not be called back to be udpated regardless; especially when I reached the second stage. I took the time out to come both times and I think that would have been professional to do so.
