Started with a very thorough phone screening interview with a recruiter who was very helpful and attentive via email. This was followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager. While it was apparent that he was calling me from his car, he was very thorough and pleasant. After two follow up emails I was declined an offer, but the recruiter sent me a message thanking me for being so enthusiastic. I had felt catered to which is rare these days.
