Very thorough process. I spoke with an out-of-state branch supervisors as well as the supervisor for the position I applied for. I also spoke with a rep for the company at its HQ in Pennsylvania, and got the offer from someone in their DC office. No shortage of communication, which was nice, and they were all more than willing to answer any questions I had. Questions mostly involved foreign language skills and computer skills.
