I was scheduled for a panel interview, and prior to that had to complete a written assessment. The assessment was fairly easy but the panel interview felt off and disjointed. It had to be one of the more awkward interviews I've given, where it felt like I wasn't being heard by my interviewers at all. A lot of awkward pauses after I finished my answers and just waited for the next staffer to ask me another question - they just kept asking me pre-made questions instead of having a conversation or any follow-up questions to my answers.
