Tell about a time experienced or saw something in workplace that did not feel inclusive? How did you handle it? Or how could you have handled it differently?
A quick phone screen, a meeting with would-be teammates, then a skills test and a few more last rounds with various higher-ups and Vice Presidents. The team is nice and open.
