First we had to sit for an online assessment exam which included mathematics, English, General Knowledge. Then after getting selected we had to participate in a focus group discussion assessment. And after getting selected again we had to sit for the final interview

I applied online and then had a call back. I schedule a phone interview. I had a phone interview and then met in person with my project supervisor. It was a very easy process.
