They literally wasted my time and i got Ghosted by them. I have Given 5 rounds of interviews over a month duration and finally they put me on hold. Round 1 is with Hiring Manager - got good feedback and referred for next round. Round 2 is with team members [2] - got good feedback and refered for next round. Round 3 is with senior member - not sure about the feedback but referred for next round. Round 4 [Should be final round] is with BU Head - got a good feedback and he felt i am good fit for other team under him. Round 5 new team hiring manager - not sure what was the actual feedback. [HR told that feedback as i don't have people management ] but no questions where asked on this and interview also focused on architecture and some coding. but in ROund 3 they asked about team management and people management . and the interviewer passed me that round and recommended for final round. My candidature is put on hold now they are not considering me for the role which i have applied and also the role BU head suggested. After all the efforts literally these guys ghosted me.
