Good interview process, cobra exam. Make sure you have at least a ptech. Behavioral questions most of the interview. Good benefits and salary. I had 5 yrs experience e and still didn’t get a call back so not sure what went wrong.

Interview process includes basic star questions and group exercises in last round the interview will be a panel interview with multiple people hiring managers, HR, unit managers, etc. Questions will be presented clearly but quickly be ready.

1 phone interview then a in person interview day consisting of multiple panel interviews. As well as a glass distillation lab. Very welcoming atmosphere and the questions are not too hard.
