Asked questions about skills listed on resume. Asked why I wanted to work for thier company. Lots of safety questions. Must show an interest to work weekend and holidays without hesitation. Tested, received email a week later scheduling interview. Interview lasted 30 mins. Phone call 2 weeks after interview.

Small panel. Mainly asked generic questions not industry specific other then what does a operator do? I believe also what was something mechanical you've done recently. That is all I got
Asked basic personality questions. Use Star Method for answers. 3 person panel interview. Initially had a phone interview. 2nd Interview was done through zoom or teams. I believe you go through 3 interviews before you are selected.
