I had a total of four interviews. First with screener. Second and Third with the "CEO" named Daniel and fourth with "the development team". A total of roughly 5 hours invested from both sides. Final interview was scheduled for 1 hour. It lasted 2 as the group asked many additional questions. I had the feeling nobody read my resume and they were unprepared. I was told I should hear back from them in less than a week. 10 days after the final interview... nothing. I even reached out, asking for an update. No response. Ghosted. The level of unprofessionalism is like nothing I've seen before. Sadly, I'm finding companies that engage in group interviews really don't know what they're doing and have a history of being the most common to ghost applicants. Regardless, exercise extreme caution with this company. They certainly don't treat people with respect.
