Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. El proceso duró más de 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Lyft (Nashville, TN) en feb 2016
Entrevista
A phone interview with a Recruiter out of the San Francisco office, a phone interview with the Training Manager in the Nashville office, an in-person interview with all the current team members.
The two phone interviews went great; I was prepared for both. The in-person, round-robin interviews with most of the team, were the oddest set of interviews I've ever experienced. Coming from HR, I expected difficult and behavioral questions, but there were not any of those things present. Each of them asked me the same questions (x4). If answers are being shared with the team, perhaps they should have asked me different questions to actually find out about me. This was not the case.
Most of the team had only been with the company about a month. When I asked each of them to 'describe a typical day for me' the job posting was recited. I'm not sure they know what their jobs entail yet, being a new department in a new city. This is was disheartening to me and made me question whether or not this was a company I wanted to work for.

Overall the interview process was quite positive. I had two preliminary phone calls prior to coming in for an in person interview that lasted 2.5hours. I met with 4 people and did a 30min presentation for the interviewers. The whole day ran smoothly and everything was very professional.
