The interview process is pretty common but nice. There are 5 interviews overall, including an intro call/Screen with the Recruiter, 3 Skills sessions, and the Experience interview. The team is really awesome, so it was easy and really nice to talk to all.

Describe a time when you had to fill a difficult-to-fill position. What strategies did you use to find the right candidate? How do you build relationships with hiring managers to better understand their hiring needs? Did you have a hard time working with hiring managers/interviewers? What was your strategy in such cases? What KPIs do you track to measure the success of your recruitment efforts?
