Very easy, met with mentor and dressed presentable, took 3-5 days to get started driving. Went in to vehicle inspection office to meet with mentor and did not even have to take a mentor drive. You pretty much don't even interview. I would recommend this to someone who does not want to spend a lot of time interviewing.

You download the app, you start the application process, giving them your license plate #, social security, DL #, a Profile photo, Car insurance, TX Registration sticker info, and consent to a background check; when they've verified your info and your BG check has been cleared, then you're good to hit the road.
No interview just have a good driving record with a positive background check and everything should be good to go from there and wait a few days until you you get an email that your background and driving record is positive
No interview, just fill out driver application on app and go get registered in person. Super easy. Get insurance approval and car inspected. Your car must meet the vehicle requirements in order to begin driving.
