I went through 2 interview rounds with Lyft. The first was a screen with the recruiter, and the second with someone from the hiring team in California. It started off as a pleasant experience and then ended negatively. Interviewing style reveals a lot about a company.

The first round of interview was a 30-minute phone interview with a UX Researcher. The final round of interview was with four parts: project presentation, research methods & skills, analytical & critical thinking, and collaboration & team skills.
