I applied for the job through LinkedIn. I received an email from a recruiter to set up a call. It took a week or so to hear back, but we had a very friend 20 minute conversation and mentioned setting up another phone interview with the person who currently occupied the position I was interested in. A week later I spoke with her for another 20-30 minutes and she said someone from the team would reach out to set up an on-site interview. At the office I was prepared to meet with 7 people and ended up interviewing 8. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel comfortable relaxing during the interview and just being myself. I received a call a week later from the recruiter offering me I got the job.
