      Solicité el puesto a través de la recomendación de un empleado. El proceso duró 3 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Lyft (Nashville, TN) en ene 2018

      Entrevista

      The interview process works in a sort of cycle/speed dating rounds. There were maybe 4 other people there to interview at the same time as me. We were greeted and then shown to a meeting room where we were introduced to the company and it's background, core values, and benefits. From there, we individually met in the "kitchen" when 2 other current lyft employees. They asked basic, but very fun and engaging interview questions. After that, I met with another Lyft employee to do a mock customer experience phone call. It was in real time, but was a call with a current Lyft employee. (No real customer) The final step was meeting one on one with a Lyft team manager to ask you more professional questions about your work background, experience, and goals. I was notified 3 days later by email to have a 15 min follow up phone call, where I was then offered the position.

      The hiring process was pretty smooth. I initially applied in may and was given a job offer the next month. I appreciated everyone I spoke with. The hiring team was warm and inviting. I had three rounds of interviews.

      Entrevista

      Once they email you saying they would like to interview you, you first send in a written response to an email from a driver and they review it and if they like how you responded then they emailed me a link and the time of the interview. Then when you go to the link you join the meeting and you get interviewed by 4 different people including a customer role play. And they also check your internet connection. They also make sure you have a desk, chair and a quiet office space in your home.
