After a brief phone interview, I was invited to attend a recruiting event at the Nashville office. Upon arrival I was taken into a room with 8 other people where we were shown a quick video about the company. We were then lead to the open "kitchen" where two current employees were waiting at each table to interview us simultaneously. I thought it would be hard to concentrate with everyone talking at once but it was actually really easy and the people who interviewed me were very nice and easy going. I was then moved to a room to do a role play phone call to see how I would handle a very disgruntled customer. Again, a little stressful but they give you general information to address the issues the person has. Last a fourth person came in and asked me some general interview questions and went over the scheduling process. Everyone I met with was really nice and upbeat.

The hiring process was pretty smooth. I initially applied in may and was given a job offer the next month. I appreciated everyone I spoke with. The hiring team was warm and inviting. I had three rounds of interviews.
