I had an extremely poor candidate experience interviewing at Lyft, down to every detail. The receptionist didn't look up or address me when I came in, the recruiting team hadn't reserved a room, so my interview took place in the kitchen area, and NOT ONE of my interviewers had a single question prepared for me. Everything added up to send a very clear, unpleasant and unwelcoming message. Lyft's recruiting process is one of the worst I've participated in. #iuseubernow
