The manager was fair and asked about previous jobs. previous schooling and how much experience iv had working in the optical industry. She was very interested in my hours and how willing I was to work weekends.

I was asked typical interview questions like how do you work under pressure and goals you have. It was nice to have been able to ask questions back to the interviewer and feel like it was a mutual conversation.
