Interview was done remotely, all the people I met haven't even turned on their camera once. Technical interview is done in a way of checklist - the interviewer just go through the list of questions and mark them as passed/failed. No 2-way communication allowed. The recruiter communicates in a way, that you feel yourself as a resource, but not a human.
