A phone call and then a video call with HR days later. Both calls were super nice and I got even more interested in the company and also in the position but everything changed when I met the one who would be the boss. They were looking for someone to be mainly focused on sales and making cold calls. The boss seemed to have lots of experience but not much patience, and was not so friendly or "interactive". Didn't pass to the next step, but even if I did, I'd not accept the offer.
