We started off with a detailed phone screening, then online interview, and finally, an in-person interview was supposed to be the last step. For some reason, I was ghosted after the second interview after the manager was supposed to have been back from her vacation. I heard nothing after this even though, I was told I would hear something when she was back. I felt good about the first two phases, especially because I matched up perfectly with their requirements and description.
