Entrevista
I talked to a recruiter at a career fair, where I was directed to their website to fill out their application form. They set up a phone interview with me the following week. Interview questions were generally behavioral, with a riddle question in the mix to test basic analytical skills.
They flew me out to their corporate office in PA where I came in the morning and had 5 different interview rounds. Interviews ranged from behavioral questions, technical questions, speaking with upper-level management, and analytical questions.
The people there were very enthusiastic about their work and loyal to the company. They have never laid off any employees in their over 40 years of existence. It's a 9-5 job with nice corporate job benefits, friendly people, and cool products being put out. I was impressed with how much class the company had in terms of making their recruitees feel welcome.

There are three light bulbs in a room, and three light switches outside the room. You are outside, and want to match up which switch goes with which light bulb. You can only travel into the room once, and cannot come back in again. You can do anything you want upon entering the room. How can you set the situation so that you will know which switch goes with which light bulb?

I applied online and received an invitation for an interview which did not mention a technical portion. I was given an easy coding problem (given an array of items, filter out duplicates) My solution was O(n) where you’d just put the items in a HashSet. I also gave multiple other solutions and I ended up getting a rejection letter. I’m not sure what exactly is it that they’re looking for.. This was an entry level position. I had work experience and 4.0 GPA and was still rejected. I felt very disrespected during the interview as I was treated like I don’t understand algorithms for some reason.

I talked to Lutron representative at campus career fair. And then next day I had an on campus interview with a tech manager.
The interview lasted for less than 40 minutes. It was mainly about my resume and related background information. No made up questions involved.
And then the manager shared the recruiting process with me.
The interview ended with mine several questions for the manager.
There would be a follow up on site interview if this interview went well.
