Online video recorded spontaneous questions, 5 minutes each to respond. Some were technical and others were just general questions to see how u think. Generally was quite easy and not too difficult to answer the questions. They really just want to see how u think for the most part.

There will be an aptitude test first consisting of IQ questions related to mechanical and electrical engineering setting. Then a video interview with a manager. He will ask basic circuit analysis questions and networking related. Then a 5 hour long interview with a roleplay with customer, troubleshooting a problem, and HR related questions

commissioning Lutron lighting systems and shading solutions. background in electrical field and IT helps to deal with Electrical contractors and customers. The interview was a great way to learn the company culture and values

The interview was a whole day session with breaks. I think I had three or four sessions. Some were role play, one was with hr and one was with a psychologist.
