I scanned a QR code which took me to a form asking for my details, no CV or cover letter was required. Instead, I had to answer the question ‘what would working for lush bring to your life?’.
From my answer, I was invited to a group recruitment evening and was asked to prepare a topic that I could speak passionately about for 5 minutes (this was done in pairs as part of a listening exercise).
We were given products to play with and demo on one another with some information on the brand, ethics and history.
We then had time to ask the staff questions and were all given a goodie bag to take home. Best interview I’d ever attended!

They asked if I am able to build a rapport with others and if I can work well when very busy (Christmas etc)
Informative and friendly, you have to be over the top and extrovert. Scenario acting out tasks to judge sales skills and your personality too. Very chilled out but can be stressful

Nous étions tous réunis dans le magasin et nous devions faire plusieurs simulations de situations mais plutôt sur notre savoir être que notre savoir faire ! C’était plutôt agréable et ça a duré moins d’une heure je pense.
conversational and fun. super friendly staff and a mock test of sales on the floor. They basically test your sales skills and want to know why you're interested in applying.
