I had to submit a cover letter telling LUSH why I would be a suitable candidate, for this I made sure to write a bit about the company's history and ethics. I was then contacted for an interview. The interview was in the store, and around 30 people attended. We were split into groups of 5 or so and asked questions about ourselves like who we admire the most, what animal we would be etc. after this we were given scenarios and told to discuss them in a group.
