HR was extremely helpful throughout the interview process. It felt as if I had someone cheering me on from the sidelines, and it was great to have a central point of communication between the three interviews. The first interview was a chat with HR which was friendly and followed the basic questions you'd expect. The second interview was with the head of the team you're interviewing for. It was a little more in-depth and I had the opportunity to learn more about the company and scope of work. The third interview was to present a case study to a panel of designers/design managers. It's a fairly long session but not too difficult.
