Entrevista
Not a great interview experience although I met some very talented and knowledgable people during the process. They have a really interesting mission of bringing crypto to the mainstream across some key emerging markets and are putting alot of effort into building their brand globally.
Unfortunately the experience as a candidate was disappointing. The role I applied for changed focus several times as well as physical location from one country to another. I was asked to complete a task but was sent the wrong assignment so had to re-do and re-submit another exercise having spent time to complete the first one for the deadline.
I was invited into the office for a final interview but. learned from the meeting that someone else had already been offered the position (which I wasn't privy to prior to the interview taking place).
I am unclear as to why I wasn't told this beforehand and it seemed unnecessary and ill-judged at best for me to go to another country for an interview if a decision had already been made. The process therefore came across as disorganised and chaotic and a very poor reflection on the business and the way they recruit.
However, some of the team are really creative and have great passion for what they do. I feel I could have learnt from and enjoyed working with people such as their Director of Global PR and some of the members of their country marketing teams.
